Waterdrop customer service was very helpful, particularly Andrew & Leo. After communicating to them my situation, via ph & email, they rushed delivery of a replacement filter 10PP. Because, the filter I had bought last year did work when I put it on... the water didn't flow at all. So, I installed the new replacement they sent me and now every thing is good. I'm happy with their Quality, ease of installation, delivery, friendly & helpful customer service. Highly recommend them.

We’ve had the water drop system for 7 months and love it. It was easy to install and changing the filters is simple. The filters also last longer which is a plus.

This filter has been in use for about a year and a half now. We previously had a reverse osmosis filter under the sink. The advantage of this filter is that it retains the mineral content of the tap water. The downside is that it doesn't filter out the vast array of potential toxic stuff that an RO filter does. So a trade off. But, the taste of the carbon filter water is better than RO water. I have not replaced the filters per the instructions that came with the filter because the flow has been strong all along. I did buy a new pre filter (the first in the line) and installed that but did not see any increase in flow rate. The water we have in our city is pretty darn good in terms of contaminants, so I am not in a hurry to replace them all per the protocol given by the manufacturer. I like the dispensing mechanism (faucet above the sink) a lot -- easy to use and seems sturdy. The RO filter I replaced (Whirlpool) had a flimsy topside with cheap plastic parts and broke within a couple of years. I gave it four stars rather than five only because it is limited in how much it can filter out.

I used to use Watts Premier but found this. I have this mounted upstream of the water line to my refrigerator and I removed the refrigerator internal water filter. Much more economical! Because the refrigerator filter indicator is just a timer, I reset whenever the alert appears. I change the Water Drop filters once a year except the first filter - every 6 months.

I dont know what you need to smoke to ask a question about filter speed. We all know they run on 2.4G network so of course they are slow. Filters water alot slower the 5.8G🤪 Jokes aside. Good product love clean water

I’m very happy with this Waterdrop WD-10PP replacement filter. This is the first replacement I’ve done since purchasing the complete under-sink water filter system, and the process was very easy. Removing the old filter and installing the new one took only a few minutes. There is a noticeable difference in the water quality when using this filter. The taste is clearly better, and the water feels fresher compared to when the filter needs to be replaced. It fits perfectly with the Waterdrop TSA, TSB, and TSB-CM systems and works exactly as expected. Overall, it’s a reliable replacement filter that maintains the quality of the water and is simple to install.

My RF15-UF started to clogg after 2 months of usage. Once after I had contacted their Customer Service, WD immediately offer to replace a new set plus the recommendation of a 10-PP Pre-filter to arrest the possibility of ( not so ideal water supply from my end ) a bad heavy water source. They promptly reimburse all the cost incurred to me without asking further questions on those additional hose to make the new configurations work as suggested by their team. I am prepare to give 5-stars to WD products if this new replacement and configurations can last me over 2 months. ( meaning problem solved). I am truely impressed by their Customer Rep. I had a single filter water drop system at my old house and when I moved I do I wanted to try them again. I got the three filter system which can clear fluoride from the water. These filters are great makes my water taste fresh and clean better than bottled water. I highly recommend the water drop filter systems!

It dramatically reduces the water flow. The water now runs as a trickle.
