I used to love the turkey bacon club sandwiches at Tim Hortons because they had a delicious honey mustard sauce. I don't usually like mustard but this was fantastic. Well they switched to mayo on their sandwiches and I wanted to recreate this at home and did a lot research on how to do that. I saw that someone mentioned that TH used Billy Bee honey so I looked all for it and couldn't find it locally and trouble finding it online at the time so was thrilled to find it here. Let me say that this honey is amazing on it's own and mixed with a bit of mustard, I have my sauce again!

I have a friend who is a live-in grandma of a military family. They are trying to feed a family of 5. Thank you Amazon for making it easier to help my friend.Honey is a great pantry item... it has so many uses... it is the ONLY food than never spoils.. it can help with a sore throat or cough... it can even help a wound heal in a pinch. There are two Starbucks in my area that carry Teavana Earl Grey tea and Billy Bee in those little packets. Amazingly, not every Starbucks carries either. Anyway, I've always enjoyed this combination so I bought Billy Bee honey online. It tastes exactly the same from online as it does in Starbucks. I like this honey because it's mild and not ultra-sweet compared to those thick and rich "raw" or artisan type honeys.If you want a mild, not-too-sweet honey, this should work for you. If you want the molasses, ultra-sweet honeys, simply get the molasses, ultra-sweet kind.

I like this mostly because you know the source and it’s not mixed or blended with honey from whatever distant foreign country is having a bulk sale on whatever they can get away with calling honey at the moment. It’s getting harder to find single sourced honey these days. It tastes good in tea or on toast, and I like it on a peanut butter sandwich.

The honey is very good. Our bottles arrived in a box that had been beaten up! Lids were off two bottles; luckily the seals on the top of those two bottles were still in place. Had Amazon Pantry put more packing material In and around the bottles, they probably would have been ok. Upgrade your packing standards Amazon!!!

Flavor okay. Had to dig it out and transfer it to a glass jar so I could microwave it.Search says crystallization is affected by type of nectar and is one sign of a raw, pure honey product. However, if manufacturers insist on bottling in plastic, they need to bottle in wide mouth containers and add a note about crystallization to their product description.

This is a nice basic light honey in an easy to squeeze and stable bottle. Bears are great and all, but they tip over too easily. This honey won’t fly off the table when you go to grab it with your fried chicken greased hands. If this is a constant problem for you, you NEED this honey!
