CotopaxiAllpa X 4L Hip Pack

This is possibly the best bag I've ever owned. For context, I'm someone who owns bags for style; practicality is a bonus. I own a LOT of bags, primarily all Italian designers. I purchased this bag to use it in place of a purse while traveling in June of 2022, knowing it would be handy for hiking and days when you end up doing a million things without a break. When it first arrived, like many other reviews have said - it's large. It took me a few days to get used to the idea of it. It's not huge, but larger than any fanny pack I'd seen.And this I will say... I brought it on vacation and fell in love with it. It is INCREDIBLY practical, from the numerous storage pockets, slips, zips, you name it - to the way it wears. (Ironically the only other person I have ever seen wearing one of these bags was while I was pn that vacation!) I generally wear it with the pack on my back or chest, with a tighter fit around my shoulder and under my arm (like how you'd wear a crossbody). You won't get shoulder aches from carrying it. You don't have to worry about it opening. It will hold everything you need it to, in an organized place. You can run a mile without being bothered by its presence. Your stuff will never get wet. It's even got a padded zip area hidden in back to hold sunglasses or whatever else.I haven't stopped using this as my primary bag. Seasons have come and gone, I'd switch to another bag and after a few days I'd get annoyed and switch back to this one. It's stylish in a sporty sort of way and the black goes with everything (even though the accent colors are a little annoying). I added a fur keychain to it and it looks a smidge better lol. I have been trying to find another bag to use that's similar and haven't yet.

It's practical, it's beautiful and the material is just AMAZING! you can find quickly the high quality of the zippers and the good number of pockets it has.

Can be used as a belt bag around waste or cross body. I like the many compartments . The zippers are very sturdy and love the color combination. Have the ability to change the lengths easily. I also get so many compliments and they ask where I got this awesome bag!! Would definitely recommend for the everyday use as well as camping and backpacking as well!!

Well I hope it is the next fashion statement because I love this pack and it fits great. I will be taking it in a trip and I love the feel of having my hands and shoulder free but comfort that my items are protected in front of me! Very durable and portable for travel. Love the colors! Very should have fun colors in their lives!

For a fanny pack, this has great space and compartmentalization.My one complaint is that the elastic bands used to keep the extra lengths of strap folded up can easily shift along the strap as they rub against your body/torso. Eventually, the elastic bands just slide off of the folded lengths of strap, letting them unfurl and flap around.

Definitely a well built product, a tad bit expensive for how small of a bag it is and knowing that the materials are nothing special. That being said, materials are well chosen: this is a water resistant, well sewn, easily adjustable, and useful bag.

The strip is too thin to carry on a shoulder if needed + the extra key chain holder is preventing from opening the zipper, this should have done much better.

Such a great pack, I loved it for use as an edc bag while traveling, people always complimented its cool looks and design. I only got to take it on two trips though. Since my cousin admired it so much while I was on holiday visiting with her, I passed it on to her as a gift(she lives in a remote area), made her day. I bought a new one when I got home.
