They keep you warm at very low temperatures, I wore it when I rode my electric bike in the winter and this vest made it possible to ride the bike in the winter basically 😂💪🏼. Good quality on the bad side it doesn't keep your neck warm so you need to wear something

Got this as it looks good and came without a battery (which I already have). The general quality is OK at the price level but fits loosely under the arms. From experiments, it needs at least a 10000maH battery. I am using currently an 18000mah size which only just fits in the pocket. It would better if there was a open pocket inside for the battery.With this battery size and the vest on "high" it does get warm but perhaps not as much as I would have liked or was hoping for. Found it best to wear the vest as bottom layer and add light jumpers over it. This hides the underarm bagginess and keeps the heat in.From the experience, I would probably go for a more expensive vest the next time.

Found this works well a little big but I put a tight jumper on topHeating element could be better layer out inside but it helps me stay warm in a cold work shop

This is my honest feedback. I tried the vest using my old power bank and it worked a bit, a few minutes. Then I bought a new power bank, as recommend, and it lighted for about half a day, but I really did not feel warm enough. I had it red all the time, but I hardly felt warm enough, especially the front of the vest. There was hardly no heat coming out. From the instruction, it says if this happens, contact customer service. how do I contact customer service?
