Granddaughter loves it
I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. She has been doing distance learning since they moved. She is ahead of schedule in her classes now and says it is wonderful.

Fine computer for my needs
I am new to Windows 11 and trying to learn how to use some things with the laptop, but so far I am happy with the computer. I have not used the touchscreen much - not used to having it, but it does work - still haven't figured out how to cut and paste - no left or right click bar on the bottom of the little touchpad at the bottom of the keyboard, haven't figured out how to minimize pages I want to get back to, but, hopefully, I can find someone to direct me on how to do this, as sometimes the MY HP info has not helped me in simple terms - sure the info is there somewhere, but not computer-savvy. It is a lot faster as compared to my old laptop, and I am sure I will figure it out (with a little help from my friends) in due time.

Laptop Might Not be Covered by HP's Warranty
These devices may not be covered by the manufacturer because the seller is upgrading the hardware but still listing a warranty. Amazon gave me a refund after a year because the extened warranty would not cover a problem. The seller charged me for the defective item, but Amazon still refunded my money. Do not buy from this seller or HP.

i went to best buy looked at what they had limited selection and they did not have there sale idem in stock... Amazon had a better slection and next day delivery. wifes 2009 pc crashed we ordered online, received monday fast shipping, we did need to contact HP support for assistance in the start up. they need the product # which was on the box, walked us threw it , they also regestered it from our date of purchase for the warranty. were very pleased with the touch screen and light weight and speed,its a great valve for the money. Were very pleased

Good computer with touch screen
The only negative thing I can say is that it is very sensitive. You will be working on a document and hit something and then you are in 400% view. It is more annoying than anything else and you get used to it. I feel like this issue is decreasing, but haven't had the computer long enough to tell.
