I trust Thorne to provide exactly what it says on the label regarding ingredients and dosage . With other supplement companies, it can be a gamble. For several years I was taking another brand's zinc/copper that I was cutting down to 15mg of zinc per day. I was taking it to improve immune function, but it wasn't doing anything for the hair loss I'd see in the shower after shampooing.
