Fabulous security camera, easy to install provides excellent video feed fabulous value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this duel camera. It has tones of different mode. It can track people hi come to and go from your front door with the gunball camera. The fixed part of the camera has a good wide view angle. It has intrusion alert, which works very well when someone comes into the selected zone and lets you know via the phone and windows app. It also has face, human and pet alerts and a plethora of other options if you would want them on. I have paired the settings down to face, human and intrusion as I was getting too many notifications. The 2 way intercom is very handy for the postman.I have found ZOSI support very helpful. All round, well with the money and very good support.

Okay let’s start with the good.This is a chunky piece of kit and does make for a visible deterrent. Downloaded App very easily to IOS on iPhone. Installed really very easily and connected up first time. No problems with Wi-Fi and the camera is situated around 15 metres and a brick wall away from our router.However on first installation the tracking side did not work. So deleted the app, and reset the camera (reset button is on bottom of tracking camera where memory card installed), once reinstalled everything working fine.Lots of options on the app, the microphone picks up really well and the speaker is very clear so 2 way communication is excellent. Siren option is also really useful.Set to black and white for night, otherwise lights come on for colour recording.Installed memory card so that not having to use cloud.Okay some small bad points.The top fixed camera is not angled down enough if you fit at recommended height of 8-10 feet, so had to put some backing in place to realign properly.Twin view on screen is a bit annoying when you just want to look at one camera such as the tracking view.Seriously doubt that this is 4mil pixel, nor even sure if it would make standard definition.Pinch zoom, not so good especially on PTZ lens.Overall for the price it is good value if you want visible deterrent that you can customise.Buy when it’s on a deal only

Didn't actually fit this, returned for a full refund. However the build quality looked very good it was just too big for what I needed. If you want a visual deterrent as well as the camera I could recommend this. I don't know what the images would be like tho.

A nightmare to set up, I'm still trying. Motion detection and lighting is erratic. The light turns on and off randomly (with no motion to detect) I paid to get this installed and so far it doesn't do the main function I required, to light the path when anyone walks down it. I have walking issues and this seemed to be capable of doing that. I could have got a PIR light for a fraction of what this cost. But I thought I would pay the extra and get the camera version. Camera quality is ok and device control too. Functionality is a issue...Disappointed 😞 I may be returning!!

We installed a Zosi camera after my dad got scammed by someone who came calling one day. The idea being that a CCTV might deter these sort of people.The images are good enough to read a number plate on a car and the attached image shows how good the field of view is.The app to view the footage is comprehensive. The rich functionality meant it took a while to understand fully, but after a while it becomes intuative to use.There was a technical problem at first where the time zone of the CCTV didn't match the Cloud backup but this was kindly looked into by the support team (thanks Slina and Ariana) who helped me, eventually sending a replacement unit at no cost.

Worked for 1 year then broke not very good product is now in the binThe tracking camera wouldn't turn

Poor connection and poor app with simple problem.Setting the default direction of the camera, conflicts with the AI features, I wanted to monitor cars entering my drive and going beside my house, but there is a conflict that means using AI the camera can only point forwards (at my neighbours house) and will not return to looking at the front garden as it's mounted on the side of the house.Camera constantly records showing the time in China, gives an alert every minute, and makes it impossible to find a genuine recording.The camera it replaced was far more user friendly with a far better app so its, been returned.
