Good product says as noted but definitely not necessary for nursing school least my point I did keep for when I’m done may use it for actual work to keep my hand offs organized

I like these report sheets as they hold a LOT of information and they are great resources for my patients. I am only giving the book four stars though because IDK whose idea it was NOT to perforate the pages but it was a poor one. You can tear them out but sometimes it comes out ragged and the pages tear.I am not sure I'd purchase again for that reason. I only get out the pages I need since carrying this whole book around my unit and keeping track of it is not feasible.
