English/American/German design by Andrew Jones and parts sourced by him in the PRC (China), where they are made. In a nutshell, Mr. Jones is one of the very best speaker designers (see his work at TAD), who also is a seasoned expert in getting speakers made at an exceptionally low cost. BTW he is very cool, you'd love him! There are no finer speakers for the MONEY than these. He wins all price point - quality comparisons.
