When you compare the cost of this cat tree to others, it's a bargain! Like anything that comes flat packed you have to build it. I like a challenge so had no problem putting it together, just takes a bit of time and patience. I expected something either way smaller than anticipated or something of shockingly bad quality but I'm actually pleasantly surprised and so are my cats. I bought it for a petit female about 6 months ago now, she enjoyed it from the start as it was sturdy enough to hold her weight without wobbling out of control (shes a total scaredy cat) and the mice have had a good battering (One was set free from the string when she decided to chew on it). Anyway, 6 months on, said cat is now fatter , she was a rescue so it's taken some time to chunk her out and the tree is still going strong. We got a kitten recently too, so it has two of them playing on it, running up and down like lunatics. My favorite feature is the fact the mice on the sticks pull out, it makes it easy to go over, pluck one out and have a bit of predatory play time and then when I'm bored of waggling, stick it back in and they entertain themselves. One downside is the posts have started to fray and unravel, but I can only take that as a sign of a well scratched cat tree. The fact it is 6 months old and still holding up strong means I have no problem treating the cats to a new one in another few months considering they use it everyday. Don't buy this if your cat is large or hefty though, I doubt they would enjoy it but smaller cats and kittens? Perfect UPDATE (with pic) - Over a year later it's still standing and now we have another 6kg cat that likes the floating bed and it doesn't fall over with his weight, which again is a pleasant surprise for both me and him!

Delivery was brilliant. Took less than 40 hours from ordering to having it in my house. Quality is okay, some of the pieces had wee chips out of the wood and fabric is cheap stuff easily picked up in your local craft shop. Instructions may as well have been in Chinese as they made no sense and was hard to identify each piece but after some figuring out we got it eventually. The cat hammock seems quite shallow. Whole tower seems very wobbly so feel I may have to screw the base into my floorboards, but as it is for a new kitten I'm hoping it holds out for a few months. You need to bend the brackets for the stairs yourself, making it very hard to line it up with the 2nd tier to fit together. We get our kitten on Monday so just have to hope he likes it. I would buy it again if I was on a low budget but certainly will be buying a more expensive better quality one next time. Overall I can't complain much as you get what you pay for.

Thought it might be a but unsteady/flimsy with the price but he rockets round hanging off it and it's only tipped a bit once, but corrected itself well with his clumsiness. The material is definitely baby pink and not the beige written/shown in the picture which isn't exactly what I wanted but still looks ok. Super soft fabric, scratching posts faring up well over a few months of use (and good that the whole pole is the scratch material compared to similar priced ones on amazon where its only the middle section). He goes mental for the mice and even used the hammock super comfortably which I didnt think he would. Some areas of the instructions have typos/mixed up bits of the drawings but overall easy to work out and put together.

It's lovely and my two kittens love to go on it BUT one of them nearly died of being hung by the mouses on them. The string got wrapped around her and was tugging on her stomach and as she fell it got tighter and tighter. Santa Paws brought this great value cat tree for our three on their first Christmas (all rescues, two 18 months and a 3 month kitten). Our kitten was exploring it while it was being put together! The other, more shy two took a few days to let their curiosity out, but they seem very taken with it too, so much so that there's usually a bit of a standoff if one thinks the other has had more than their alloted quota of fun! Great value for money, easy to put together and great entertainment for us and the moglets.

I should have realised at this (in sale) price the furniture would not be strong enough. I bought the item in January but before the end of February it could not be used again.This was loved by kitten now 7 months old. Today he twice climbed it with great enthusiasm but it toppled twice with him on it, The the screw broke the chipboard base at the screw's insertion and so could not be reassembled. Also right from the start the popular mouse dangling supports came out and could not be successfully permanently reinserted. Unfortunately, this is not sturdy enough and could have caused injury to the kitten in two falls. It also looks unstable and I suggest is so for any older /heavier kitten

This thing is bloody massive but doesn't take up too much space the cats love it! Easy to build great value for money for something of this quality I would of expected to pay in the range of £40-£60! Just absolutely fantastic and if you have a fat cat don't worry even the hanging basket thing is strong enough to hold my heavily built ball of fluff! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
