No other medicine is use. The taste is delicious and so is the smell! My son takes the medicine so easily, swallowing with ease, and actually loves it. And of course it works as long as dosed and given appropriately. The only downfall is it is extremely sticky. But that’s all medicine. But it’s a cleaner alternative so it’s 1000% worth it.

Works just like normal Tylenol without the stuff you don’t want in it. Smells and taste good. Size is perfect and value is there if you are willing to pay extra for a “cleaner” option. I have noticed it’s a little stickier than traditional Acetaminophen but that isn’t a big deal. Only complaint is the included syringe doesn’t pair with the cap very nicely. Great product will continue to buy for my child.

Love that it is dye free. Works just as well as other pain reliever medicines.

Good to have in a baby emergency.

I’m not against using Tylenol but I try to use cleaner versions of things, especially medicine. My 9 month old son loves the flavor! I don’t have to mask the taste or trick him into taking it. It seems to work really well with him when he needs it most. It is a little sticky but we don’t mind.

Please buy this alternative to regular Tylenol acetaminophen. It definitely helps my baby with teething. I think its a little thick though so sometimes I dilute it with a tiny bit of water but it works for pain relief and price is great. My baby never had any side effects from it and while we don't often give her tylenol I do prefer and trust this one over the other brands.

this is perfect when my kid was sick. I love the natural ingredients and no artificial dyes works really well and it’s easy to swallow bottle size is perfect and looks exactly as pictured. given that we get two I find that the value is great for the price!

I love the ingredients in this acetaminophen. Unfortunately my baby decided she didn’t like the flavor, so obviously it doesn’t work well when she won’t even take it 😂
