The lights were easy to setup for motion detection and stick to the bottom of a shelf in our four IKEA PAX units. The lights came partially charged and I've topped them off once. They work great! In fact, I just completed another four PAX units and I'll be ordering more if my wife thinks she needs them.

This works as expected. The motion sensor works well. But the motion sensor light will shut off after a few minutes (I did not time it). That is a little annoying but it might just be something that has to be accepted with motion sensor lights.

Product model CT409. After a week of testing, I'm very impressed with features of this rechargeable battery-powered, motion sensing light. It comes with a USB-A to micro-B charging wire (supply your own 5v. source). The mounting bracket can screw (2 tiny) to a wall or stick to it with the adhesive pad supplied. The light itself holds firmly to the bracket with a magnet, for easy removal to recharge.The 14 line 'Using Manual' provides enough clues to its operation that a little experimentation shows it can be adjusted for brightness and color temp (warm, medium, cool white) with button S1. S2 presses, long or short, cycle thru full on, motion sense if dark, motion sense dark or light, full off.This could be a very useful light to have, one or many, in a closet, under-cabinet countertop, along basement stairway, etc.

Excellent quality and light size for the price. Excited to put it up in my closet!!

RECOMMENDATION:Thumbs up – Sensor appears to work well and fairly bright.THE GOOD:1. The best part about this light is the sensor housing, which you can rotate left and right about three quarters of a full circle. This is great for under-cabinet use as you can aim it at the door or where people will walk up to, but still have the light pointing down.2. The light is 2 watts total, so going to be somwhat bright in total darkness but less so in daylight.3. The battery is 3500 mash which is about as big a battery as you can get in these wireless under-cabinet lights. We find that ours last 2-4 weeks between recharging but that totally depends upon how often they get triggered.4. When triggered, it stays on for 20 seconds. Unfortunately, there is not way to extend or shorten this time.5. There are three main modes: always on (not much of a use case for this), sensor triggered but only in total darkness, and sensored triggered in daylight. We use the latter as we us it inside of cabinets to illuminate the interiors when you open the door, and for that it works well.Keep in mind that a lot of light bars like this do not have the latter mode, so this is a nice plus.6. You have three different temp settings for the light to match what you are looking for, and there is also brightness adjustment – all using the buttons on the end of the light.7. The light mounts via a magnetic holder which you can attach via an adhesive pad or with the included screws, although the screws are pretty small so not sure how well they will hold.THE BAD:1. Would like if the light was somewhat brighter (say, 5 watts), but of course that would eat up batteries faster.

Took us a while to find an application that we both liked, but here, under the kitchen cabinets for our Coffee/Toast area it's super (and now we're going to have to order another one for the other side of the sink cabinets, because SO loves them now).It took us sometime to figure out how to use them properly, (well we're oldies), and the proper range that worked for the sensor. I'm not too much a fan of items that only have one or two buttons, and that do a bunch of things "depending on clips" or timing of punches of button(s). But once we got used to how it worked, it seemed fairly easy for even us old school reprobates.Here yet again is a product good enough for free, that we'll spend our money on extras! SO loves it and that's enough for me!The GOOD: Mounting was very simple, used the double sticky-sided rubber piece to mount the magnetic holder Charging simple via small USB cord that comes with item We like the color/intensity changing so that we could have a bright, warm light there Mounted with sensor dome down seemed to make the range perfect for our useThe IFFY: Instructions fairly good in multiple languages Controls slightly less than intuitive, at least for usThe BAD: NOTHING as far as we see, if it doesn't last I'll be BACK to report suchUPDATE.....We liked these so well we bought two more for the other side of our kitchen under-cabinets. Installed great and worked fine for a couple of days. Now one refuses to charge (left it on charge for almost 24 hours, still red light), so seems like some quality control or reliability issue. Am having a replacement sent out and we'll see how they continue to do. Meanwhile the other two seem great and we still really like them.
