They are very tasty but I sure wish I could have seen ALL of the ingredients before ordering them. They contain raisins, figs, dates and cashews - things that I try to avoid in my diet.

I think it’s important to note the ingredients, since they are not online. They have raisins, dates, pears cacao mass, cacao nibs and reishi.I wish the ingredients were listed online, I had the impression it was only reishi and cacao, and couldn’t return it when I didn’t want it. Other than that good product.
