This is a inexpensive and good tasting pre-workout that hits all the ingredients needed to get a decent pump. Like most pre workouts, it could be higher in the citrulline and arginine levels, but that's easy to dose separately. I add my creatine, citrulline and arginine to this for a mad pump. Wait for 20-30 min then hit the gym hard.

This stuff tastes amazing. It tastes so much better than any preworkout I’ve tried. It gave me a great energy boost for my workout and I didn’t have that gross itchy feeling under my skin!!! 10/10. I will be purchasing the other flavors.

These are great, I had a smooth flow of energy all day with no crash. I got a weird tingly sensation on my arms about 30 minutes after I took them. No harm done, it passed very quickly though.
