Tasty
I have tried the butterscotch and banana flavors. The flavors are just perfect. The texture is lighter than a regular instant pudding. It mixes easily with milk and sets up within 5 minutes. Very light and refreshing to find a pudding not loaded with artificial sweeteners and fillers.I will be definitely adding this to my "go to list"

Smooth Flavor For Sugarless
Pretty good flavor for a sugarless product. Inflation has caused price jump. I would buy again as SF lemon difficult to find locally.

sweetener leaves aftertaste
I was excited to receive this package. It came quickly, mixes up well but is a little "thin" tasting along with an unpleasant aftertaste which I believe is the artificial sweetener. Will donate to the food bank.

Great for my purpose.
I mix this with Better Bowls and other puddings and a little dried, nonfat milk and dilute with 2 qt almond milk. 1-2T powdered psyllium helps the consistency, but you have to blend it in well if you use psyllium. For me it's a dessert staple with gelatin, thawed frozen berries, and almonds.

Yikes!!
I bought this based on all of the positive reviews, also went to their website to read about it. This is really, really awful. It's just glop in a bowl, with a weird texture and that weird stevia taste and mouth feel. Life is too short to eat this stuff!

Pretty Darned Good Pudding!
This is really good if you are on one of those high protein diets and sort of dying for something sweet and custardy/puddingy. If you take the time to mixer it for the full 5 minutes, it gets thicker than one might ever imagine it would. You should go ahead to get the best effect and put it in the freezer for a bit. I use Land-o'-Lakes Fat-free Half & Half, but first I add one container of Premier Protein vanilla flavor, and I add a dash of vanilla and around a third of a teaspoon of Now Stevia powder. One really important thing is to dump the mix into your deep bowl, dump in the liquid, either one --doesn't matter, and IMMEDIATELY mix/blend the powder and the liquid! Otherwise, it clumps no matter how much you mix it afterward. I learned this the hard way. As far as flavors, I like the vanilla best, the butterscotch quite well, and am not very fond of the chocolate. And, I do recommend adding things like the extra vanilla extract and stevia to suit your taste. Last thing, I tried mixing different pudding flavors together. ..didn't like the result tastewise. Very last thing, you can use two or more packages as long as you add sufficient liquid. I mention this in case you are a real pudding pig, and I, of course, am not admitting to being one!

Low sugar and low fat dessert
I buy these because I can only eat soft foods and these are easy to prepare and taste good. I use thickener if it comes out too thin. I use Almond Milk and so I need to prepare it differently than if I used regular milk, but it still tastes just as good. I would recommend it. My only criticism is that it is expensive for puddings which need to be prepared. Since I have a swallowing disorder, it is an added expense.
