It works perfectly. Is basic but just what I wanted.
Didn’t need anything fancy, just wanted my chap stick clipped to my purse where I could find it. Got a couple on an end cap at walm... when they wore out I found these. Did not need 12, but my friends were appreciative of their gifts. Quality appears to be excellent.

We use this for inside bags, hanging from bags, coat liners, everywhere. The lip balm fits snugly inside. We use burt's bees, chapstick, and chap-ice, all fit nicely.
