I was looking for a reasonably priced toner for my skin routine and came across this one and decided to try it. You only need a little bit, which I apply to my skin with a reusable puff. It feels very cooling and soothing on my very dry skin. I allow it to dry down for about 3-5 minutes before putting on my serum. I use different serums, depending on night/day, and i do not notice it pilling or reacting to any of my other skin care, which is great. It dries down nicely, not much tackiness. I did not notice any breakouts, all I noticed was how soft my skin continues to feel, and the redness goes away. This is a great toner for those of us with dry skin if you need that extra soothing step in your skin care routine.

Product feels great on clean skin. It has a firming, but not tightening effect. My only concern is that after purchasing 3x, it says it’s not in stock and not sure if it will be again. I’m hoping it is because the firming, toning, brightening and clean feeling that it provides for this price was game changing.

I’ve been using this toner for a few months now. I wanted to give it as much time as possible to see how it works with my skin. It is a really great toner. It leaves my skin very hydrated and smooth. I’ve used the other rice toner from a different brand and that one is a little pricier. I must say I love this toner much better and will continue to use it as part of my skincare routine

I bought this after reviewing an Amazon top 20 skincare products list. I think this was ranked in the top 10. I use it as a toner with exfoliating cotton rounds. It works well around my eye and nose areas just patting with my fingertips. After using 1-2 times a day after washing my face, I noticed results within the first week. My skin seems brighter, less redness, smoother, and has a level of moisture than is not oily or greasy at all. This is money spent well!

Okay won't order again real thin and runny.

For the price, this was a great bargain for this size of product. Leaves my skin feeling clean and plump. Will buy again!
