Surgi~SnugglyDisposable Dog Diapers Keeper - for Male and Female Dogs - Wrap Around Legs for Superior Fit - Fits (LL - PP)

Our 9 month old Corgi/Carolina Dog was scheduled for spay surgery in a couple of months. She hadn't had a heat cycle, and we were scheduled for a long weekend vacation. I looked for a product that might be useful during her heat cycle as well as post-surgery and found the SurgiSnuggly. Our 35 lb. pup with short legs and a longer body was tricky to figure out a size that would work. I went with the LL and ended up putting a few stitches in it to make it smaller around her neck and a little bit shorter in the body. I did order a ML but it was way too small. This is our pups first garment. She quickly got used to it, and then when I'd remove it she would follow me around and point with her nose to the Snuggly. When I'd put it back on, she was very smilely and waggy. The product worked great while she was in heat. She would prance around like she was the prettiest thing in purple and pink. After her spay surgery, this garment covered her surgical site very well. She never bothered it and I didn't need to use the back up "cone of shame." Our pup is no longer in "need" of this garment, but she insists we put it on anyway. She like the way it makes her feel.

I use this for my blue nose pit female. She can’t be spayed for a while because of a medical issue so when she comes in heat we use this with a pad. It works extremely well. It’s easy to raise up (Velcro) for potty time. My only problem is when she decides she wants it off it comes off. Usually at night is when she does this and I really can’t figure out how. It fits her really well. I’m not sure if it’s a design flaw or my dog is Hoodini and could escape from a straight jacket. Either way it’s saved our future and carpet many times so I would recommend.

This was a good purchase for us. My dog is very incontinent and this worked well to keep his diapers on. It's easy to wash and drys quickly.

My purebread American Bulldog has been incontinent since she was about 2. I have had to cover my couch with bed liners and comforters ever since. I have had so much laundry through the years I hate to think of it. I've seen the suspender and panty/diaper solution out there but it just didn't look like it would work for this breed. She has a huge chest and small waist it has made everything fail until now. This suit is very stretchy so it hugs her all over and keeps the diaper in place. They have made it easy to pull the diaper off if she needs to go out to potty and then you slip the diaper back on and wrap the suit in place. The only thing I could suggest is making it a little easier to put on big dogs. I'm not sure what the solution could be unless the front could be removed like the hind end comes apart for the diaper. But for sure this is a high-five! I would give it more if I could! I think the price is reasonable. I hope it lasts. I've only had mine for a week.

Thought it was perfect for my dog! She got spayed and we put the surgi snuggly on her instead of a plastic e-collar. It covered her incision perfectly without being closed up in the back. After checking on it the 2nd day, the waistband was actually right on the bottom part of her incision. We ended up going with an inflatable collar for the rest of her recovery.Important to note, it took me awhile to research the correct size. My dog is an 8 month old, 52 pound Australian shepherd, the size I purchased for her was L-Long. It is a tight fit, but stretchy. Would be better looser for a surgery, but perfect had she been in heat and if I needed it to keep a diaper in place on her.
