These are a bit thinner than I expected so they don't hold a stack of paper very well on a hook. I use them for a job ticket and then for small print jobs (say 40 copies) I'll put the print job inside as well which is where the quality comes in a bit. But just for job tickets these work great and for the price, perfect.

Border is printed not stitched not reinforced
More of a plastic flat sleeve with a grommet. Not stitched or reinforced. Has print all around to make it look like a strap all around but it’s just black print.
