Great small form factor mic stand
This mic stand is a great small form factor mic stand. It has a nice telescoping boom making it very adjustable. When I play live acoustic shows the boom of a standard stand would get knocked into by partiers, I can tailor the length of the boom for a good compromise of balance and obstacle reduction. I liked the stand enough to buy 2, but the inner boom arm is pretty thin, so it's not the kind of stand I expect you can beat up too much, I am going to rave about the knobs, they feel nice, tighten well without too much pressure and feel very solid.

Not very user friendly. Very weak. Especially in the place's it should be the strongest. I used this stand for my bass drum mic and I had to boom "in" all the way so it wouldn't fall over. I would spend alittle more money on something more reliable.

Great product, amazing quality, absolutely love it.
For the price point, I expected this to be lighter weight and a little flimsy. Not so! VERY happily surprised and the weight and quality of all the parts. This thing is built to last. Like that they included different mic clips. The knobs/tighteners all hold their position rock-solid after tightening. Very happy with this mic stand and I've owned quite a few through the years -- home recording and in & out of bands. This is solid gear.

Poor quality. Not as stable as you are lead to believe.
The boom arm support is made of hollow steel pipe and is rusty on the inside surface from exposure to moisture. The base is painted cast steel with no protection on the bottom, like felt, to avoid scratching the surface you set the mic stand on. The stand tips over when using a Shure SM58 mic with the boom arm fully extended because the base is not solid. The boom arm adjustment looks like the top of a childs bike seat post. I am returning for a refund and will look elsewhere.

Not stable
Its mechanism balance is off and in most positions its very unstable.U have a to dial ot it for it to not tip over and that only works in a very limited position of the stand. Not worth it

Not bad
I paired this stand with a 5 core mic and so far it has been pretty decent. It isn't going to compare to a K&M or Gator stand but at the price point I wouldn't expect it to. It is decent for what it is though. It is absolutely adjustable for about any need, and stable enough on hard surfaces. For its intended purpose of a table top stand, it works great on a budget.

Falls over with mic on it.
The media could not be loaded. Looks good at first but like my ex gf, once you got to know her... pretty ugly. When I added the mic and set up the boom if I let it go, it would fall over. Totally useless. Buyer beware.
