In Top 3 best customer service in my 60 years on planet
In the top 3 best customer service experiences of my life. They called and told me that my order would be delayed. They reworked the plumbing to work with my size of tubing, and gave me a 25 dollar Amazon gift card. Who does that? Installed easy. One note: There is a lot of pressure in these tanks. It wouldn't fill. My other two tanks (4 gal) run at 8 lbs. Once I let the air out it worked great. There was no funky taste. My wife is a tea fanatic. We've burned through 60 gallons already in a week. Well worth the money. I will look to this company for my tank needs in the future.

Good tank, bad hardware
This is a perfectly nice tank that is let down by the crappy hardware and fittings they installed on it. Which is unfortunate, because I wouldn't have faulted it at all for coming with NO hardware, even if it was the same price. But who wants to undo and re-do somebody else's work? The tank has a big plastic foot with a hole for the pipe. It can be installed in six positions depending on how much you have to turn the elbow on the bottom to get it to seal.Don't even bother with anything they did. Remove the whole foot, and remove the elbow. The cheapo elbow had a giant burr in the threads and didn't seal. In order to get a wrench on it you have to remove the foot. And once it's tight it's not going to be pointing the same direction it was before anyway. There is an additional chromed fitting with a dramatically undersized ball valve too.... plan on just tossing those.I _know_ it's hard to source quality stainless NPT elbows these days. But if they're going to buy garbage ones, they should at least chase the threads and/or pressure test after assembly.

No instructions
There are no instructions. For a DIY'er this is an important item to include.I called right at 8:00 AM PST, was the first person in the queue, waited for 15 minutes, no answer. I called again, was the second person in the queue (my first call is still on hold), waited for 15 minutes then an automated message asked me to leave my name and number.I received a return call toward the end of the day. Great follow-up by the company - clear, considerate, and knowledgeable.

Be prepared to fix there plumbing leaks
Got mine hooked up and the manufacture's 90 elbow that is screwed onto the bottom of the tank leaked as soon as I turned on the water. Took it apart and it had about one wrap of Teflon tape. I taped it up good and put it back on. Then the valve was leaking where it screwed into the elbow. Tightened that up and it stopped leaking. Other that it's working well. Had to buy a shore piece of 3/8" plastic tube and a 3/8" to 1/4" adapter to convert the take from my old RO tubing (1/4") to the new tank which has a 3/8" nipple. Also it comes with 20lbs. air in it. I dropped mine to 10 and that seems to work great.

Leaking PVC - Failed bladder
Excellent product. No issues with the tank. I did have issues with the PVC connections that they send, even with extra sealant and tape. They leaked and I eventually replaced with brass. No issues since. Would buy again.Fast forward about two years later the system does not work the diaphragm has broken any it is just a tank with no ability to hold and release water. Looking for another alternative.

Great Product
Very happy with this expansion tank. Ended up with about an extra 14 gallons, which is what I expected.Included fittings are decent quality. I used them with no issues.Once you hook it up, make sure you bleed off the extra pressure from the factory. It should be at about 5 psi empty. If you don't bleed off the extra pressure it will never actually fill up.
