Best quality
I have used Bob's Red Mill products for years. They are always great quality for a good price. This is the best potato starch, mixes down easy, smooth with no lumps! Great for gravy!

Good quality. Perfect as a baby powder alternative.
Good quality. I’m using this starch in cooking and also as a talc free alternative to a baby powder. I used cornstarch before for the same purpose, but recently read that potato starch is generally superior to cornstarch because it is less likely to fuel bacterial or yeast infections and provides a smoother, more effective barrier.

Great price, consistent quality!
Costs less than my neighborhood store....I use it to create my own gluten free flour mix, along with sorghum flour & tapioca flour. And I never go wrong with Bob's Red Mill products!
