Using this ear cleaner was the best decision decision to make to get one because my kids ears needed them. They were screaming for this ear cleaner. My kids get a lot of earwax so to actually use this to clean your ears was pretty good now they can hear me when I call cause their ears ain’t so clogged. It does get you a little dizzy when you first use it. It has different settings on it and you could put it on whatever settings you like please read the instructions that it comes with and make sure you follow everything. I do recommend this and I hope my review helps anyone out and if you have any questions about it, make sure you comment and I can get your comment and answer anything that is unclear to help you make the best decision for your ears. Wow, I am impressed. I have a lot of ear wax, and it's oily, so I have to clean out my ear at least 2-3x a year or I can feel the earwax crushing up against my ear canal when I lay down (side sleeper). Having lots of ear wax is bad enough but th oil also compacts and reinforces them. Conventional solutions like debrox are useless; they actually make the compaction worse by slightly breaking down but ultimately reinforcing the earwax. This changed what used to take me 4-5h in a hot shower to do manually w/ a syringe to just 15min. And that's for both ears, not just one! I'll save you the ptsd and not include photos of the results. For best results, let some 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and water mix sit in your ear a few minutes before using this.

Just a regular ear flushed. Nothing to special about it. My ear was clogged for a few weeks. Tried using this along with ear drops to help. Still ended up going to the Urgent Care to get them flushed. Does feel good afterwards. Can't use to often will get spinners ear.
