well is exactly what it says, EAAS definitely played a role in the gym, and my mood. I am usually very good at swallowing pills but these almost like float up, making them hard to swallow, uncomfortable when i swallow them. They have stuck to the back of my throat never experienced this before. but I do guess I can take the powder out , but I shouldn't have to.
