Not UV reactive or neon.
Just as the other review states, this is not even close to neon. I bought this because Rit just released neon yellow & neon green color dye which are both very blacklight reactive. This is not. Waste of money. I think the fushia is probably more neon then this. Rit please release more neon colors that actually react to UV light!!

not neon, returned, no refund or replacement
better names would be: hot pink, fuchsia, or Valentine's Day pink. does not glow in dark. A pain to return. Never got replacement or refund even tho I purchased other dye from this seller.
