High density foam pad, not easy to deform Review: I ordered this item to replace the rubberized base on a 20+ year old stainless steel travel mug. So far it's working great, and I now have extra on-hand for other projects. The adhesion is very good, with no peel-back at all. Very handy, odor free with great adhesive will stick just about anywhere and provide excellent bump protection for knees and heads or whatever you keep bumping.

The adhesive backing is very strong and holds firmly in place. Sometimes removing the backing took some effort but other than that they are good foam squares.
