Good noticeable influence.

I had never heard of these before but have trouble sleeping and restlessness. I was recommended to go for high strength and from the root. Good value for money . Been taking them for around 3 weeks and started to feel the benefit now. Sleeping alot better , no restless legs . Will continue to take.They are quite large but with a drink they go down easily
