I use these to feed the squirrels. Very good quality. Intact. No mold. Great feature is the resealable bag they arrive in. I pretty much buy monthly now. At least until winter ends.

I bought these walnuts because my old brand was out and I saw how popular they were. They are for a special squirrel in my life. I can’t really eat nuts because they trigger my migraines. Anyway when they arrived I couldn’t believe. They are huge. I personally did a taste between the other brand and these. I would personally eat the whole bag for myself if I could. I must confess it makes my day to see my squirrel have to stop mid run back to the drey with this huge nut that won’t fit in his mouth keep adjusting so it won’t fall out. I usually don’t like to write reviews but I recently just bought another bag and saw some negative comments and I really have never had any of those experiences that those people said. I’ve ordered several bags now and they are always fresh. It goes with out saying of course there is going to be a couple of cracks from people mishandling in the shipping processes but not to the extent these people said. At most there have been 3 -5. People need to lighten up. This is a quality product. I just purchased hazelnuts and almonds. That’s how much I think of this company. Gina

All the nuts were on the old side, often stale and faintly rancid. Several were already cracked, exposing the nuts inside to possible contamination. A few showed evidence of mold; at least a tenth were sunburned. Some of the nuts were fine. The USDA has three classifications for the quality of nuts in the shall, all of which require that nuts be largely free from damage and dark discoloration. These nuts are in poor enough condition that I doubt that they would meet the qualifications for even the lowest grade. Overall, the nuts appeared to be last year's rejects.
