The new version of the Tena silhouette large (size 18 to 22) are tiny. They are certainly ‘more discreet’ and come nowhere near waist level. You might as well buy the low waist version. They are far too small and much more uncomfortable than the original version. Buy up the old ones when you see them.

My wife is mostly restricted to her bed or her wheeled chair, owing to Dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease. What they DON'T do is soak through in just a couple of hours, when you feel like a toddler running around with a hard, sagging middle.what they DO is hold enough you don't feel like a toddler. they fit well, secure in the leg region without cutting. the entire pad being rushed means it will fit YOU, whatever your size or shape.i now actively search for this exact brand because of the 5 I've tried, they are perfect for me.
