Bhagavad Gita as it is

This is a great version of the Bhagavad Gita. This book goes verse by verse, and after each one, there is a long analysis of that verse. I recommend getting a copy that is just the Bhagavad Gita without the commentary as well. It was much easy for me to digest this great spiritual work by reading the Bhagavad Gita without any commentary a few times, then going back and reading the commentary. Just my 2 cents. If you are looking for a great introduction to spirituality seen through the Eastern lens, pick up this book.

This is a great edition of the Gita, and certainly the best edition of Bhagavad-gita As It Is. Unfortunately there are some typos in this edition which, in my opinion, prompted another edition of this book with many unnecessary changes. Despite its typos there is much undeniable spiritual power in this book that has changed lives and will continue to do so.

This is one of my favorite translations of the Gita of all time -- and at a very reasonable price. A.C. Bhaktivedanta gives a clear and concise commentary that illuminates the passages to the reader.The Gita is a spiritual gem. The world needs this.

I originally ordered the the blue cover edition of the Gita but got the tiny orange edition. So I returned it, and requested for a replacement. The seller took action and sent me the one that I ordered and I am a very satisfied customer.The book is plastic sealed, hard cover, and in perfect condition. I love it!

I am a Christian and have a incredible love and respect for my Hindu brothers and sisters after reading this most sacred scripture. Thank you Sri Prabhupada for your inspiring commentary. Although the most important part of the book is its content, I would like to mention that it is not the same cover or size as is presented. I'm a 16 year old girl and the book is around the length of my hand. Other than the different cover, I am very satisfied with my book! There were no dents from mailing or damaged parts!

I love this book. Though the fonts are small but overall I love reading it. This book is a must for everyone. Hare Krishna!
