Very solid and durable

This shield really can take a hit. Trust me when I say I can punch hard, and my training partner can punch hard. In which we both threw one power shot after another directly into it. As it withstood all of the pressure that we gave it. But I noticed after all of the pounding there's a small area of the shield that's pushed back. And several weeks later(with no activity) that small area is still pushed back. But all in all I still say it's a fight quality punching shield.

Don’t like the plastic cover for the handles

I like the round punch shield, it helps with gettin my hooks and my uppercuts better, it has good padding, good handles, over all pretty good
