I ordered this for my dad for Christmas, and unfortunately the names were reversed when he received it. BUT, I contacted the seller just to see what my options were and without a hesitation they corrected the order and sent him a new one! I ordered the stretched canvas style so that he could just hang it and it looks just beautiful. Very happy customer!!

I wasn't happy initially as they didn't ship it on time even though I paid an extra $30.00 for shipping it as a priority. Amazon got them to refund me. I received it two days later and the gift, though late was great quality.I gave them 5 stars as they refunded me the extra shipping cost and the quality was superb. I suspect it was delayed in shipping due to high volume of orders with it being Mother's day. I would use them again.
