Great for the money
I use this as a streaming device for my TV, as well as some basic computer needs. works great.. amazing for what is costs.. would definitely by this one again if I have a need..

Customer Support is AWESOME!!
I have three of these mini pc's (different models) from AWOW and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Had an issue with the hard drive on one of them and worked with AWOW to try to get it fixed. When that failed, they simply sent me another computer. The customer service person (Trish) was absolutely wonderful!

Win 11 instead of 10, Not new and parts missing
Item was listed as new and clearly said windows 10 home howeverit has Windows 11. The box it was packed in appeared unopened but when I opened it the power cord was loose and has signs of wear on the case. The HDMI cable is missing.

Lots of computer for the money!
I bought this computer to load MX linux on it. That went smoothly and works fine except there is an issue with the sound on MX linux. That's not a problem with the computer, it works fine. Update: got the sound workingby changing a setting on the boot menu.

Blue screens within a month
Not worth the low price tag, blue screens just sitting there. Skip this, spring for the next price point.

Great little computer!
This computer has been excellent for our team. Various employees use it daily for entering invoices, and it consistently performs at a high level. The Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable, enabling smooth internet browsing without any issues.
