Really great for my feet after a lot of standing. I just keep this under my desk and use it as I work. Has made a huge difference for something so simple. It isn't fun to use when my feet really hurt but it absolutely helps after a minute or two. I push pretty aggressively to roll out my feet and on my heel.

Especially good for massaging arch on the bottom of your foot, relieves pain & pressure, can be put in the freezer for cooling effect

Feels really good but I do wish it was wider. I’m a woman size 9 and there’s no way this would work for my brothers feet, for example. He has wide feet and wears a men’s 14. Yeah, he has huge feet but I think the product should be made accessible to all feet sizes and shapes or have different sizing options. My boyfriend’s size 11 feet fill it out so if you have larger feet then a size 12, or extra wide feet then I think this roller may be too small for you.It is inexpensive so that’s nice. It does help relax my feet and it feels so good to roll them out after a long day

I love this thing! It's simple and easy to use and does make a difference. It may not work for everyone but it does for me. This is actually a second order so I can do both feet at the same time. The instructions that come with it indicate the possibility of feet itching after use, which can happen with any massager of this type because of the way it stimulates your feet. My suggestion is to wear socks while using this item. It may help some but the itching doesn't last long for me nor is it a problem. This is a simple process you can do while watching TV or talking on the phone. I would really like if this vendor would make one of these simply to put behind your neck while you sleep. I've been using this as a simple neck support also because the size works for me. Wrapping it in a small towel helps if it's too hard but sometimes I just use it as it. The little bumps feel good even if I'm not getting an actual neck massage. Something actually designed for this would be great. For feet it's perfect though from my experience and I'm quite happy with both that I ordered.

This was ok I guess. I do better with the round spiked ball. The spikes/points aren’t high enough in my opinion. It is made of good quality, but the purple ball is better. It doesn’t function well when you turn your foot slightly you have to adjust the roll direction so it’s cumbersome.

The foot massager roller is awesome. It's so much easier than a golf ball. Much cheaper than other products. It definitely helps with my planter fasclitis.
