Great from the stand in your electricity usage
These are fantastic for helping you understand the energy usage from each of your appliances that you plug in although the instructions could have been a bit more thorough I've found it very handy to see which it are cheapest kitchen items to use when cooking for example

Simple and straightforward energy monitoring
This energy meter is well built with a large, clear liquid crystal display. It is rated up to 13 A and so can monitor any appliance that can safely be plugged into a normal UK mains socket, such as a kettle, washing machine or dishwasher. The display lights up when a button is pressed, making it very easy to read. The monitor can be programmed with the kilowatt hour unit price you are being charged by your utility company and will then give an approximate cost of the power used. This is a fairly simple process, but just be sure that you have the decimal point in the right place when adding the price per kilowatt hour, I got it wrong first-time round!Cycling through pages on the display gives a wide range of information including instantaneous and cumulative electricity consumption, real time current in amps and the maximum and minimum power levels recorded during operation.Although more versatile “smart” plugs are available, I like the fact that this energy monitor is self-contained and I can use it without having to install an app or register with an online website. I’m therefore giving it five stars.

Good Quality Power meter with large display.
Good Quality Power meter with large display.Ordered this for testing around the house as i have a smart integrated power system, the use case for this will be to overtime compare the recorded power consumption of smart plugs in the house that feed into my Home Assistant system to see how accurate they are at logging data. i have multiple plugs to test and validate. the large backlit display is easily readable and can rotate easily through the different readouts for watts being currently draw, cumulative KWh, voltage including Hz, Amps with power factor, recorded lowest & Highest wattage load and finally cost which can be added to the device as pence per KWh.Tested on a 2100 watt kettle it reported 2093 watts, 2 other power monitor smart plugs recorded 2090 & 2094 so does seem to be accurate within less than 1%.This can also be a good way to confirm power it definitely turned off.Strangely this came with a Phone sim ejector tool (possibly for pressing the reset button ?)At £12.99 this is good value for what this device can measure, it is also good to validate a device is rated correctly so 5 stars.
