The Roadrunner Trousers were developed by Keela for emergency services cycle teams. The Roadrunner features the fabric Stretch-Tec Advanced, the same fabric from which the Scuffer Trousers are made. Where the Roadrunner differs is that it’s custom-made for cycling with a streamlined fit and reflective trim. The Stretch-Tec Advanced fabric has 4 way stretch for ease of movement and it has quick drying ability. The Roadrunner has a zipped fly, belt loops (with belt), a reinforced seat area and articulated knees. It also has ankle zips with stormflaps, 2 zipped side pockets with security pocket within pocket, and a rear pocket.

Almost perfect for cycling
These are water resistant rather than waterproof which I think is ideal - my experience of waterproof trousers is that they are just too sealed/heavy for cycling. These will resist light showers . They get wet with heavy rain but will dry out very quickly when it stops. My only negative is the velcro wrap for wrapping the trouser ankle to avoid it catching the chain - it seems to have been designed in such a way that any overhang in the velcro strip is pointed towards the chain which defeats the purpose of having it. What is really frustrating is that with just a tiny redesign it wouldn't be a problem

Brilliant Cycling Trousers
These are great-very comfy on the bike and are usefully a bit shower resistant, tactile and breathable. Plus they are not made of road biker styled lycra-the material is a bit thicker but still dries quickly. The seat of the trousers are double thickness and the zip and fastenings are good quality, there is both a velcro tab and a zip at the bottom of the legs to keep things neat and out of your chain. I expect these to last a long time. A great purchase-Keela really do great active/outdoor gear-I have several items and they are all good. These trousers will see me through the winter cycling months with no worries.

I love these
I bought these because of a good review in London Cycle Campaign magazine. The seam is in the crutch (not offset like Bespoke trousers). I get sore there quite easily so I'm not sure I will cycle in them. There is a little bit of stretch in the seat which is really nice. It doesn't feel flimsy. The pockets are snug and deep. I think they are too nice to cycle in - I don't want to risk getting grease on the leg/ripping them if they catch on the cage/chain ring. They cinch quite snugly at the ankle though. They have a nice "fleecy" feel inside but zipped vents in the leg so should breathe nicely in the summer. The reinforced seat provides seams under the bum which "tickle" at the back but it's quite a nice feeling!

Great commuter / despatch rider trousers
But pretty snug - so if you're avoiding the lycra look due to middle-age etc, buy a size up ie 40 instead of 38.NB trousers come in length fittings so LARGE 38 = LONG with waist 38 inches. LONG - 34 inch inseam.

mbr Trousers
Nice quality winter trousers. Good stretchy material. I use these on cold wet rides. The bottoms can be closed with the Velcro tabs so they do not get caught on the chain wheel. They are smart enough to wear for general use.
