Works great, but do NOT go heavier.
Works like it should and takes a beating. I would NOT go heavier on a brick hammer. It will wear you out quickly.

Nice hammer for the money
This is a nice, simple brick/mason hammer that looks good and feels good in the hand. It has a comfortable handgrip and good balance.

Not reliable.
I used it less than five minutes and the chisel end chipped off. I am going to try again with a new one. If this happens again I will go for a refund and get another brand.
