Hoover polishing parquet f 38pq

Retro style, and nice to use. Had to do a bit of reading instructions, and practice till it was good, but pleased that I bought this one.

I've given this a 3 Star rating rather than 5 because the handle is too short for anyone over 5ft tall!. To operate you push the handle down then away from the head for it to switch on . The problem with that is you end up bent over to hold the handle for the polisher to work. As soon as you move the handle towards the upright position, it turns off. Other than that it polishes laminate and engineered wood flooring very well. Having 3 Bassets , the floors get cleaned and polished very often .

This only tickles the floor. It has been on the Argos site for £149 although it is much cheaper here. It doesn't have the weight or speed to take marks off the floor. It would suit a hobbit as the handle is very low and has to be lowered even more to start it and to keep it going. This will probably be given to the scrap man.
