Electric screwdriver mod
Used this to update an old electric screwdriver to use an 18650 battery. Works great.

what was needed!
So far as Described. I know the vendor is not a manufacturer. So I wont hold my breath. However, this configuration is difficult to employ, say on a cylindrical cells. Some use a common Ground this one uses a common positive (B+ and P+). I spot welded tin strips to the contacts on either side, then ran the strips to the battery contacts on an unprotected cell, spot welded to the battery. Negative I taped off totally, covered exposed tin and most of the PCB. 3rd tin strip I ran 2 solid core 22ga wire to the P- from the strip, this formed a new Batt Neg. I would love a better set of contacts for this last part. Tested in a charger and it recognized correctly. Very pleased with behavior. Also like a variant with a 3V to 4.2V firm range, since the typical 1S operates outside spec.

pads of nickel are bonded to the battery pads
bought these for my projects as I mess with a lot of unprotected lithium cells of various types and wanted something that could take 10a as the 4a versions were often too weak for my deviceswhen soldering like most of these kits there is a square of nickel bonded to the battery terminalsit is meant for nickel spot welding ease when building parallel packs but I warn you if using an unprotected polymer pack as a source with existing wires you might want to pre-tin the pad and wipe off the nickel squarealso I once had a similar product that I heated so much it lost one of the resistors so be careful when soldering to prevent heating the entire thing hot enough to have bits fall off
