These are made of rice, so they are neutral in taste and make incredibly good wraps! We are vegetarian and I put the remains of stir fry and baked sweet potato in them, they were superb! ( ate on day out when we did not want to eat in a cafe)You do have to practise to get used to the initial floppiness. I put hot water in my small frying pan and gave each one a quick dip to soften. Use a spatula/plastic tongs to unfold if necessary. Lift onto chopping board and fill. They are strong after folding and cooling.I feel so pleased with this success! Very good price and highly recommended!

Made spring rolls difficult product to use, more confident now that I’m on my third packet, tasty once they have been fried in the wok, top tip use straight away as the product when assembled with filling will stick if you don’t cook straight away

Would not buy again as not easy to use

I ordered these by mistake as I normally buy from Chinese supermarkets and make my own fillings. These are circular so you roll up like a taco instead of square and have to be dampened prior to use. When fried they are bubbly, greasy and not at all pleasant ( to my taste).

Needed gluten free and these are certified by Coeliac uk . Had hoped to make spring rolls however they do not brown as they have no wheat in them I guess. But I have managed to make fried spring rolls they look a little anaemic but taste fab. Practised with rolling and got there after a couple of attempts. Make sure the ingredients are dry when you add them. If you deep fry they burst. So fry gently in oil so they can sit in the pan .

I was pleasantly surprised as the product arrived ahead of time. It is as described and easy to use, I will definitely re-order.
