Very Uncomfortable
This was so uncomfortable that I actually cut my mouth trying to get it to fit. Package also comes with very poor instructions. Clearly some Chinese knock off garbage. Save your money.

Literally transformed my life
Bought these to test different methods of quieting my snoring to please my partner.I bought these pretty much as last result, price was unbelievable! That being said these things work superb, I place them in my nose just before bed, I can truthfully say these open my air waves and it just feels fantastic to have what I can only describe as in obstructed air circulating through my nose. They keep my nostrils open and I just sleep so much easier.What’s amazing is my wife has not complained that I snore once and she is having best night sleep
