I like that you can adjust the size. It's easy to fold up and put away. I took off a star because water always gets underneath the mat, even with the lip over the sink.

I searched days and days for a drying mat that met all my criteria. I wanted silicone. I wanted folding. I wanted grey. I wanted 16 x 18. This met all my criteria but the dimensions. On that, it was close. The dimensions they give are spot on. This is 16" x 8, 16 or 24". (depends how it's folded). I didn't think I needed a mat that's 24" inches BUT... it turns out that's EXACTLY my counter depth. Therefore, without any wasted space I can make the most of my space. If I don't need to dry anything large, I simply fold it to a smaller footprint. This is a lovely quality. As with any silicone, it will take pooled water a while to dry. However, the raised lines will allow airflow under dishes and cups to let them dry quickly. Once they are put away, if water remains on the mat, I just shake it over the sink. It's large and it's floppy, so it's a tad awkward to get that water off, but that's just the nature of silicone. I'm glad I found this mat and don't hesitate to recommend it.

I wanted a silicone mat instead of a fabric one that I’d have to wash in the washing machine and potentially ruin. This one’s great however the center rectangle sort of bubbles and won’t lay flat like the rectangles on either side. I like that you can fold it for easy storage and it also comes with a little hook to hang it on the inside of a cabinet for storage.
