The purchasing, ordering and delivery of this item was perfect - no issues.When the item was delivered I was excited to receive it and it met my expectations, nice packaging, well parcelled, crisp looking piece of equipment.What you are not told is that the strap that fits under your door to act as a weight resistance in fact, ruins the bottom of the door. After only one use, I now have a 3 inch section of door that is slightly distorted (MDF door - top layer is pealing) - so on that level not impressed.I have thought about returning the item as I won't be using it with the aid of a door AGAIN.

This product is made well, and very durable - comes with a little travel pouch - leg straps are very well made, and the ability to strap the bands both under a door frame AND also around a sturdy base makes it easy to use in any environment - Highly recommend!
