I've had many protective car hammocks in the 5yrs I've had my little Shih Tzu, they've all eventually burst, gave up in the wash or just been no good in general. I'd say this was the Rolls Royce of car hammocks, even just the feel and weight of it gives a hint to its quality. The non slip bottom is a huge bonus & means my wee one stays in place, other hammocks have previously moved when cornering or even just had to break a bit sharper with various hazards from time to time which can't be great for little legs & joints.• The fasteners are extremely sturdy• The length protects the whole of the back seat from door to door and front to back• The material itself is well made & stitched professionally• The 2 pouches are great for toys, treats, spare leash, poop bags, water etcI wouldn't hesitate to recommend this item to anyone I know with a dog who wants their car protecting from muck, grass in the Summer, hairs, dirty paw prints, door scratches & little accidents.Very happy, I bought 2 so I could fit a clean one while the other gets washed.Brilliant! Item arrived the next day and I am very happy with it at the moment. I've got it in the back of my 66 plate hilux for when I take my boxer out. it fits perfect. It completely covers the back seat with the padded cover and the straps keep it all tight and stops it from sagging down. The front part stops my dog from trying to climb onto the front seats And the sides stops my dog from scratching the doors. I can still keep things like my boots and dog harness in the foot well of the rear seats.

Love it! Fitted Audi Q5 like it was made for it, really sturdy and non-slip. Of course our 6 month old Ridgeback tried to climb over it to get to us but a harness with a clip-in sorted that out. She loves travelling now (though she didn't mind it much before) as she can be right there with us. Plus it frees up the boot now to put our stuff in for holidays ;-) if I would change one tiny thing, I wish the side flaps would zip shut from the outside, rather than inside as she loves chewing on the zipper ends?! Guess she'll grow out of that though ;-) definitely great product and would recommend!

These really are worth every penny . They Protect your car and most importantly they keep your Dogs safe . I would gave you a 10 Star that's what they are worth

Have only used it once, but the product seems sturdy and well made, and more importantly the dogs seem to like it too!There were no instructions with the product, but it's reasonably self-evident re: how to install in the car, and then more importantly, how to fold up afterwards.Have only just found out (thanks to my sister & the RAC website) that previously having the dogs 'loose' on the back seat was a breach of the highway code - now believe we will be legal, and also the dogs will be much better protected if there is any type of sudden deceleration.

I really needed this, my Pug sheds so much!I used to have Dobby ride shotgun with me, and while that is cool and to be honest, I think I will still allow him to sometimes, I did not enjoy the amount of hair he left behind. Certainly anyone sitting after him would notice and would prefer not to sit in because of the sheer amount of hair that would be left on their clothes after getting up.I personally am not too fond of having Dobby in the boot and would rather he be much closer and on an actual seat. I thought I would get this and although it is pricey to buy, I think it is worth it. Now he literally has more fun because he can run to either end of the car and run to both sets of windows and just shout and bark or observe whenever he likes.The set up is all so easy as well and to take it off is easy when you have guests, just then fold it all up and pop into your boot and you have clean back seats and front seats for everyone to ride comfortably.This is great if you want your dog to ride with you and not have any hair left over (or much – if he does shake of course some hair will fly above, that is unavoidable).Great purchase!!

This is great. It feels like it's really good quality, it has a non slip material underneath as well as plastic handles that fit at the back of the seat to keep it in place. It's easy to fit. We bought a cute fleecy paw print blanket to go with it and it looks very cosy in there! One of our dogs (rescue) still gets very nervous about car journeys but she seems to be calmer now, she even jumps in the car on her own without needing to be picked up which is big progress (it's not a substitute for the training which we've been doing, but it does seemed to have helped). I would highly recommend.

I’m leaving this review 3 months after purchase as I wanted to see if it held up.It is simply fantastic! My Border Collie can be as wet and as dirty as she wants and nothing ever gets through into the car seats.I was astonished when I removed it to clean it off after 2 months of winter dog walking how clean my car seats were underneath. I at least expected some dust or dirt to get through, but they’re as clean as when I got the car!
