Bought these and 3 other brands for a broken are. These are the best! Well made and most used. While other bands have already failed with less use these are still going strong. The straps allow you to adjust your "compression" while icing and hold well in place. Coldness of pack last a good while and is quick to freeze again. The 2 pack worked perfectly to rotate.

I had 2 muscle compartments released in my lower legs for chronic compartment syndrome. These take about 20 min in my regular home freezer to get ice cold and mold around my leg. My calves are bigger so the blue part doesn’t wrap all the way around but the straps have plenty of length. They have been working great. My first day I had to ice for 20 min and leave them off for 40 minutes for most of the day. Now I’m just at a couple of times a day. Definitely recommend these to everyone. I use my ace wraps or a couple of towels so they aren’t directly on my skin. Super soft, and durable.

The media could not be loaded.  These ice packs are definitely great if you're on the move. They allow me to ice my shins and or ankles after workouts. They even fit under the baggiest sweatpants I have.Downside: these have to be kind of tight, otherwise they will slide down your leg.4/5 stars.

These work great! So easy to secure. Stay on really well even when standing. Stay nice and cold for a good duration of time. I recommend them!

I bought these, the wrist ones, and the eye cover. They should have made both sides felt. The part that goes on your skin is plastic and is too cold for your skin. I have had to figure out how to wrap them the opposite way and it often does not work right. I probably spent about $60 on all of them. I wish I would have returned them in time to pick a different brand.

Our family have used these for shins, calves, hamstrings and elbows! Works well. Durable.
