I researched so many supplements and this one had everything I needed without the things I don't. I am a breast cancer warrior and I am avoiding certain things like soy for example because of how it negatively impacts hormones and this product was able to give me the Vitamin D-3 complex without the unwanted soy. I have been taking these for about a week now. They are easy on my system and the price was easy on my wallet. I am looking forward to trying more of this brand of supplements in the near future. Seems to be working, my vitamin D levels were too low now they are in middle of recommended range (40 nanograms/milliliter). They already have oil in it already so you don't need to take them with extra oil (vitamin D needs oil to be absorbed). So 5 stars.They look great, shiny translucent yellow color. Improves my mood every morning :) They are also small and slippery so very easy to swallow.

My doctor told me I needed to take D3 because my blood work came back low. I live in Washington state and we get rain or cloud cover 8-9 months a year. A friend of mine did lots of research regarding preventing and treating covid so when I tested positive and my mother tested positive she recommended this vitamin d, as well as quercitin, zinc, vitamin c, NAC, aspirin, and melatonin. My mother has lots of pre-existing conditions and I was certain that if she got covid she would for sure die. We both started taking this along with the other supplements and both of us had a very easy illness! Now I can't say for sure that this is what caused that but I'm definitely a believer because she was very bad off and once she started taking this regimen she improved significantly very quickly. My illness never progressed too poorly either! I started having my fiance take the same regimen right away as well since I was now in a house with him and guess what? He never ended up getting covid!
