THREE PACKS of Pernaton Gel 250ml by Pernaton

I bought this on recommendation from a friend for my frozen shoulder. In the last month the pain has improved and the range of movement I now have isn't back to baseline but it's not far off! No physio and just use it twice a day. Works like deep heat but more mentholly. Test a patch of skin first though to ensure you can tolerate it but it works! Being a nurse I was skeptical but has definitely helped!

Had a dislocated coccyx for over 2 years been on every drug out there including morphine but nothing helps.
