If one really wants to understand how electronics really work then reading this book becomes a necessity. I can't say anything more than just urge you to read the back cover page. "Current-Driving of Loudspeakers" will make you start asking myriads of questions not only about what you think you already know on electronics but on electromagnetic phenomena in general as well. You should be very careful of books like this, the author has little effective grasp on science and clearly does not understand his own subject matter.Stay as far away as you can, this book is a folly.

This book is extremely informative and covers a great deal of territory relating to speaker design. It includes a lot of mathematics that I imagine few people would understand or want to get into, however simple-to-understand text explanations are also provided throughout the book. I highly recommend it.

Rare book on the subject. Glad I could get it.

What a strange book. There are lots of interesting ideas - but also some false assumptions and bugs here and there. Definitely worth a read, but keep in mind not all is true. It could benefit from an update and revision - and inclusion of a section with DSP/digital control to achieve the targets.
