Nice children’s book on an interesting topic
Short overview of the desert environment. Very nice photographs and a good discussion of a variety of educational issues such as the water cycle in the desert and how deserts are formed. Excellent pictures of some desert animals such as the road runner, bearded lizard, coyote, and kangaroo rat.
