Cooler Shock 24 hr. Ice Free Coolers 24 or 48 Can (24 Can)

I am so excited to share this review. I recently had to leave my home in Alaska to work in California for a week before flying back to Alaska. I am a mother to a beautiful 8 month old who is exclusively breastfed. This trip was quite stressful for me, as it was the first time I would be traveling without my baby and the first time I would be pumping for an extended amount of time. Dumping my breastmilk was not an option for me, as I am passionate about breastmilk, so I decided to do some research and came across the Cooler Shock Ice Free Cooler and Cooler Shock Large Freeze Packs. I was interested after reading some information on their website, and decided to call and ask questions about my specific situation. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman named Dave, who answered my many questions, and I was sold. I ordered the products from Amazon and they arrived very quickly! I followed the instructions on how to set up the freeze packs, which were very easy. I asked the hotel if I could store my freeze pack in their deep freezer two days before flying and had no issues. Then travel day came and I was anxious. Would my frozen milk make it through the California heat and time it took to travel all the way back to Alaska. Well about 14 hours later, my milk was frozen solid and the freeze packs even had the frost residue that was present when they were removed from the hotel deep freezer. This product was AMAZING! Kept my milk frozen (using all three packs), so I am sure it would work just as well for keeping food or drinks cold with less packs in the cooler. Definitely must purchase if you are looking for a product to keep something frozen or cold for an extended amount of time. And the clean-up was effortless! No ice or water to clean up. I am a VERY happy customer and even more so that my baby gets to drink her milk that her mommy worked very hard for.

This cooler with two 10 x 13 Cooler Shock 18-Degree F. Hard Packs have been a life saver and incredibly awesome. My Dad had a stroke recently. I needed something to keep the things he liked refrigerator cold and bedside. Anyone who has been through this with a loved one knows the changes made in drink consistency can be tough. He would drink premade Clear and Easy but only cold. I purchased the drink options from Hormel and some Yeti mugs in his fave color (blue). I bought 6 ice packs to be able to rotate daily and get the recommended a 2-day freeze at home. I can not only keep a cold juice supply but it safely keeps yogurt and his favorite snacks. It may be an uncommon use but we couldn't be happier. (We've been using it for weeks now. The nursing staff loves them too.)Thanks for such a reliable product.

With two well-frozen ice-packs placed in the netting pouches, one each side, this bag keeps beers cold in extreme temperatures. But after VERY little use, the netting which holds the ice-packs has stretched and completely lost any firmness - and is now useless for holding the two ice-packs firmly on each side of whatever is being cooled. Also, the only way to open the bag is by undoing clips at each end (which keep the ends of the zip fastened down). But this is laborious if you just want a can of beer, and by opening the whole of the bag, hot air gets in and cold air escapes. Obviously one needs access to the whole bag when packing stuff in, but a small velcro trap door might be convenient for quick access to the contents.

24 can cooler was larger then expected, If fitted like a glove in my 21 inch suitcase expended and didn't leave much room for anything else. The ice packs was heavier then the cooler and took up a lot of space. Please note that I was taking food products on a flight and because of the weight of the packed cooler it would be hard to be a carry on even though it is the size of a carry on suit case. Maybe at my next gathering I will try it with my drinks and snacks and see if it's better then my regular cooler.

Awesome cooler and stays ice cold when food is pre chilled before packing. I bought the 3 pack coolers as well which was a disappointment when the picture of this cooler has the ice packs on it but doesnt include them. Buy the product and buy the ice packs. You wont be disappointed. Only problem is it is still too big for a personal lunchbox which is really what I bought it for so I am stick with my old one.

Kept my daughter’s 1st Anniversary wedding cake I had to mail overnight frozen.

Lightweight and yet keeps everything cold for over 24 hours with cooler shock ice packs. I do not need a bear proof cooler.
